The 3 Steps to Break the Stress Loop:
Get Into Your Body: Begin with awareness. Tune into breath, sensation, and neutrality. Move from thinking about the body to feeling from the body.
Anchor in the Present: Guilt, shame, and bitterness are past-based. Fear and anxiety are future-based. Safety lives in the now. The mantra: “In this moment, I am safe.”
Shift the Attitude: Move into acceptance, surrender, and trust. These attitudes shift how your nervous system interprets reality and create a sense of internal safety.
Try A Somatic Practice: Follow the meditation at the end of the video to drop into your body and build felt safety from the inside out.
