I may have taught Yoga & meditation for over a decade, but that doesn't mean I was 'Zen.' For years I struggled with overwhelm, self-doubt & chronic tension and it would send me into physical expressions of stress (like headaches and heart palpitations), bouts of depression and a habit of coping with substances and 'over-doing.'
I always felt like 2 people; the 'together' one I showed the world (and my clients!) and the real me who struggled.

Aside from the self-inquiry practices, most of this will be review for you, but that’s not the point.
