Once the noise quieted and the substance was gone, I was left with questions like:

That’s actually why this is the right time. Early sobriety often comes with clarity and relief — and also subtle vulnerability. This is when patterns reset, identity reshapes, and new standards are formed. 1:1 support helps you stabilize what’s working and intentionally build on it, instead of slipping back into old defaults.
This work isn’t about diagnosis, labels, or rigid rules. It’s about self-authority, nervous system regulation, and conscious life design after sobriety. We focus on helping you feel steady in your body, clear in your decisions, and intentional about the life you’re creating — not just abstaining from alcohol.
No. You do need to be sober-ready — meaning you’ve made (or are actively making) the decision and want support living inside it.
